To evaluate using gamified Trail Making Test correlate data with anxiety female university students. Method. The sample was comprised 33 right-handed students between 18 25 years age randomized two groups: G1 (n=16) – part A Test; G2 (n=17) B Test. Anxiety assessed State-Trait Inventory (STAI). Normality determined Komolgorov-Smirnov test. Mann-Whitney test t-test were used for characterization sample. Intra-group inter-group comparisons performed Friedman Wilcoxon tests. correlation independent variable (STAI-trait) dependent (errors on test) Spearman’s Results. In analysis, significant differences found time required complete environments 1 (p=0.006), 4 (p=0.040), 6 (p=0.034) as well number errors (p=0.004), (p=0.023), 5 (p=0.027). intra-group among nearly all both groups. moderate positive STAI-trait 2 (p=0.015, r=0.581) (p=0.032, r=0.520) G2. Conclusion. use modified gamification this study reflects aspects learning, which is directly factors such difficulty
